Cajun Crab Cakes

Cajun Crab Cakes


  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tb Mayonnaise
  • 1 ea Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c Cracker meal
  • Garlic to taste
  • Pinch cayenne pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients and form into small cakes. Sautee in butter.
  2. Serve hot with tarragon sauce.

Yield: 4 Servings
